So I got this puppy totally stock except no pickguard. I added a Bigsby because that's how I roll. I didn't hate the black knobs, but they gave it a sort of split eras look, which didn't sit quite right. I tend to lean retro, but good taste has never been a strong suit. 1. So a stock original pick. 2. With a white/cream master volume. 3. White/cream and gold master volume. 4. What the heck are you on about? IMG_8253.jpg IMG_8251.jpg

Yay. You took off the pickguard. Smart move.

I'd go with chrome Gretsch Arrow knobs all round. Looks a bit mixed up as is. Just MO :)

I have the urge for a classic sunburst, so I'm liken it.

G knobs, matched. Mixed knobs look low rent. I prefer a pick guard, but that's your choice.

I'd keep the pickguard and go with matching G knobs or arrow knobs. I'm pretty sure Streamliners have nickel pickup covers, so you might want nickel knobs.

I also bought nickel pickup rings when I had a 2655, and they looked great.

But the only thing that matters is whether the guitar looks great to you!
