We've implemented a Classifieds Feedback System called XenTrader here at Gretsch-Talk and would like to inform folks how to use it.
You can access it either in the Footer of every page in the Gretsch-Talk Features:
Or in the Classifieds dropdown menu from the menubar:
To leave Feedback for a member that you have concluded a deal with - if you are the buyer, seller or trader, just click on the user's username or avatar in their Classified Ad and then when their "Membercard" pops up click "Profile Page."
Once the Profile page opens click the Information tab and under the "Interact" heading in the main content of the page you'll see Xentrader: View Feedback.
When you click the "View Feedback" you'll be taken to that member's XenTrader Feedback page.
In the upper right hand corner of the page you'll see a link to "Leave Feedback"
Finally, click that link and you'll be taken to a page to leave the member feedback.
PLEASE NOTE: you will be required to select the Classified Ad Title that relates to the deal you are providing Feedback for. You may not provide Feedback for any Classified Ad Title that is not listed for that member.
We realize this is a bit convoluted process at this time - but we do expect to implement improvements to the system in the coming months to make this much more of a simple process.

PS. All Negative feedback will be reviewed - and will result in moderator/admin input.
