Looking to buy a 1957 model year Gretsch 6190 Streamliner. It must have humpblock markers, 22 frets, and a DeArmond Dynasonic pickup. Please let me know what you have. Thank you!

There is a 1956 at Crawdaddy Music in Madison ID. Nice guitar but he wants $2850.00 Yellow top with original pickup and bridge. Bridge looks like it has sunken from string pressure if that is possible, like an old ABR.
Thanks John

I'm not sure of the 22th fret before the 58 release... perhaps the late 57 has these.

Wow... pricey. I can't believe anyone would pay more that $2k for a Streamliner these days.

FYI, this is the one I want. If anyone can sell me one, I’d really appreciate it. I’m flexible on color, but am looking specifically for a dynasonic pickup, humpblock markers and 22 frets. Thanks.

Here's a late 56 with space control bridge, haven't seen it in person, but it looks to be in good shape with the case. See if they'll knock a hundred bucks off for the typo in the listing!

That's the one, that is the correct Melita bridge.

I take it the one down in Madison IN didn't work out for you? I gently tried to talk him down but it didn't work for me. Good luck with your search.
Thanks John

Hi. No, but just because it isn’t a 1957 version (it’s a 1956). The one at Guitar Center is beautiful too, but it is also a 1956. That one was actually once my own guitar, so I know it well. Thanks.

Dang man, are these really not out there? Have you listed in the VG magazine classifieds? I sold a rare Magnatone 213 to a guy through there that turned out to be somewhat local to me, I would've never known.
