Thanks for the warm welcome, all! I’ve been reading here for a while before joining as I did extensive research for my purchase. I’d say I’m now quite knowledgeable about Duo Jets!
Regarding the Compton bridge, my only gripe is the positioning for intonation. While it has a very appealing form and design, it will forfeit some intonation accuracy on most strings but especially the D and A.

Most Duo Jets will have Space Controls so you still have the same intonation problem. Gretsch bars are the same. You can adjust Synchrosonics but many players just don't like them.
Many players with adjustomatics do intonation once (maybe) and then never touch it again because close can work for intonation like horseshoes.
Some folk can be bothered if intonation is off a few cents but most won't hear the difference.

I’m one of those picky ones who likes to dial in as much as possible. I opted for the ABM roller for a good balance of intonation and tuning stability.
