Been there done that and don't want the "T" shirt, painful memories of December 1972 and bringing a "Big Muff" to play in Church. The associate pastor thought that it was funny, the Pastor told me to take the devil out of the church, and don't bring it back. After lecturing my parents for about 30 minutes about the filth they were raising, my Mother was wearing a "hand muff", and shoved it in his face, and told him to get his mind out of the gutter. My Mother and Father knew of the other meaning, but thought that is was more important to welcome the youth in the Church than to chase them away. My Mother is 84 years old, and still laughs about it.When I enter church for a family service my Flying V says: You chose the wrong guitar for this.
When I enter a stage in a greasy pub with that guitar it says: It`s going to be very loud and rowdy in a vew seconds here. Hope you are dressed accordingly.
Like a Gretsch a good old Flying V is a real fashion statement. People instantly know what to expect.
