Double-breasted that is. Just wanted to make sure everyone was in the loop.
You're so skinny that most jackets will be double-breasted on you! (envious!)
Now you just need a zoot suit!
These days I gotta WORK at it though! Lol.
I miss the days of pasta for “dinner” and then donuts at 3am after the gig and STILL somehow being thin!
“Every girl’s crazy ‘bout a sharp dressed man...”
I was slim until I started traveling for a living and it only gets harder to stay in shape the older you get but it is so much more important to stay on top of it.
Looking goooooooooooood !
Wait! Is that one of those special fun park "skinny" mirrors??

Looking sharp Tony. How many hours a week you spend in the gym or working out?
I don’t really follow a routine or a schedule. My wife and I walk quite a bit, and I keep the weights close by at home so I can grab em whenever. Lotsa push ups too. I only eat two meals a day(I don’t eat past 8pm, and lunch is my first meal), and try to watch what I eat. Life is all about balance.
My recipe to slimmering is annoyance. I usually lose weight when there is sorrow and trouble around me. Lost 20 kg that way and still got a too-big belly.
I was doing keto but have found intermittent fasting tasting to work as well just not as quick when I have carbs in the mix.
I used to be skinny---had a 32 inch waist until I started having to use steroids for COPD. I could also blame Mrs. Slim's cooking.
Maybe I should change my moniker...
Good for you, Tony! Enjoy the thin while you can!
Still not for everyone though.
Diet is about balance, I agree. For example, after a bag of salty potato chips I like to counter that salt with a bag of candy loaded with sugar.
I am of course kidding.
I don't know. I've always liked the look of double breasted suits, but I almost never button my coat, and don't care for the way they hang unbottoned.
I must admit to having a 5lb bag of Sour Patch Kids hidden in the pantry.
It's been nearly 30 years since i had a double breasted suit! Everything goes in cycles.
Lol, thanks for the update. I'll look for some double breasted pajamas.
