Tubi TV has a bunch of fun stuff, including awful 80s horror movies. Glad Monkees are back on TV, they were on MeTV about a year ago, but only for about two months. I enjoyed all the gratuitous Gretschyness.

They sure shot their "career" in the foot when they insisted that they write and perform all of their own material after the first season. Their manager/ creator gave the Lieber/Stoller songs to Neil Diamond, and made him a star. iirc.

I have still yet to find the patience to watch their movie "Head", some of the clips I have seen are pretty cool/funny, similar to "HELP"...

Props to Mike, to move on after the show ended.

Yeah they definitely did. I thought the movie was hard to watch. It hurt my eyes after a while from all the clip editing back and forth. Cool to see Zappa in the movie considering he made some appearances in the series

Yep; Boyce & Hart, Neil Diamond, Carol King as well as Mike Nesmith. Peter (For Pete's Sake) and Micky (Randy Scouse Git) had a couple of good ones too.

This limited edition of 10,000 units, included all episodes in Blu-ray, as well a complete CD set. It was $200 when it was in stock. Now, it's sold out and prices are as high as $3,000 on eBay.

It was overkill for me because I just wanted the Blu-ray episodes, since I had a good Monkees CD collection.
