Gandyman: Thanks for the information, no wonder I can't find that model. I will look at the G7593.

Gandyman, welcome, and congrats on the WF. I thought I'd stop once I got a WF after so many years. It just fueled the fire for more of them. All the models are so nice!

    Slap Me Back Echo

I've been interested in delay units since I heard my first Echolette.

The pedals work fine, however I never warmed up to the pure digital ones.

I have an Ecco-Phonic unit and Serial #75 EchoPlex. They have their place. Plus nemerous other pedal units that are portable and do the job the way the original tape units were meant to!

Perhaps you might give a listen to the MXR Carbon Copy. Its a place to start and readily available used.

I think I am looking for something that might emulate a multi-head delay. Hopefully an analogue rather than digital. Is that do-able?

    Hi Pops,
saw you were online again and have a little more information for you on my white falcon. From the serial number I see that it was inJune 2004 at the Terada Factory in Japan and it was the 4,040th Gretsch made that year (of all models and types).
