Very tasty indeed!
I love Neil Young songs. Got any more?
Wow -- doin' it to it!
yeah I do
Also got "Old Man" recorded 5 yrs ago
Excellent. Vocals/harmonies spot on; may I suggest bumping the lead vocal up just a hair?
Also, I reviewed your entire 75 song set list & listened to several. Outstanding song choices; terrific vocals (so good to hear vocalists who know how to harmonize). Shout out to your lead vocalist. That guy knows how to sing. And drummer is excellent. Many of my favorites on the list - My Guitar Gently Weeps, Funk #69, Brothers in Arms, Southern Man, Wayward Son etc. I'd be proud to be a member of Homoerectus. Keep on rockin', brother.
Very nice! Maybe you could complement it with a rendition of Sweet Home Alabama?!? Keep 'em coming!
Waxman, every time you post another song, it makes me wish I could get to your hometown to see you guys play live. I'm sure it would be an awesome night of great music.
I've been a Neil Young fan since 1966! I saw the Buffalo Springfield open for The Rolling Stones @ The Hollywood Bowl, July 25th! They were the first band on and they were excellent! The first LP didn't even come out for a few months later, Dec. 5th! I got to tell Stephen that I was at that show about 20 years ago and his reply was "Man, we were so wired and we played everything at warp speed". Then he told me that there's actually a tape of it.. Sure would love to hear that!
BTW, Great job on the song! It's always been one of my faves! Odd, but I still remember exactly where I was when I heard "After The Gold Rush"
Spectacular! Neil Young and Crazy Horse have a style that's so hard to capture. You guys nailed it.
