Tennessean + some kind of Vox - AC-30, Pacemaker, Berkeley, Cambridge Reverb Twin, Viscount
Solid State: Pyle PVAMP60R (open back w/ mod to use the combo's speaker as a cab with other amp heads), Fender Mustang I V2 (closed back), VHT Micro 6 pedal amp (into the Pyle & Pulse cabs).
Tube: Pulse PM15H (rebranded Carlsbro EVO 15H) w/ Pulse PM112 60W closed back cab.
Wait a minute, are you saying, there are amp brands available other than VOX.
I know it's not 1964, but I really find it hard to believe!
Also, and not many people know this, when you're not using your amp, you can put a slip cover on it, and use it as a base for your office table, an old cupboard door, also makes an excellent office table top. Great for things like phones, invoices, and Crystal Skull paper-weights.
You could screw the cupboard door to the amp, I chose to leave it modular, just in case I ever want to use the amp for something else, like a step stool to change ceiling light bulbs.
Here’s my humble contribution, only posting because I don’t see any others here. An EVH LBX 5150 III. My Gretsch is VERY chatty through this, even on the “clean” channel!
Vibrolux because it's simply the best combo with my '99 White Falcon (Ceramic Filtertrons) or my White Chicken (p-90 / Classic Filtertron)
At the moment a mesa boogie express it does everything and my favourite is a 1979 vibe champ with original speaker
Brian Setzer Autographed
Sure deserves it.
Maybe not . I think he died a while back . Am I posting to an old thread ?
I go with a stock Fender Blues Jr and a stock Fender Blues Deluxe, both sound great with Blacktop Filtertrons!
Practice rig for my G5120 is a chopped up Frontman Reverb Amp going through a 12" Weber Chicago. Wasn't a big fan of the original 6.5 stock speaker so I trimmed the fat.
Super Champ XD
Katana 100 head
