Hi, folks! I've actually been a member on here for 10 years now but haven't posted really since I first joined. Been lurking a lot though recently and, well, between lockdown and having too much time to look at/read about some lovely guitars on here, I got a wicked case of GAS and today is the result.... As background fwiw, I've got an '89 6121 and a '09 6196 but I'm a fairly petite woman and have been looking for a Jr model for a while now but the newer Broadcasters didn't really appeal and couldn't find an Anni.

I have to acknowledge @audept, @Tony65x55 and @WernerF in particular as their posts a few years back about this beauty sealed the deal for me ... never even knew about this model until I happen to see it on Reverb then came back here to see what folks had to say about it. Well, wow - lots of love expressed for it and after only an hour with mine, I can totally see why. Love!

Two Q's for those I tagged above and/or anyone else who wants to chime in:

    1. I know that the story was only 50 of these were made (distributed?) worldwide and that the production run was believed to be early 2014, then more later that year. My serial number indicates July 2015...were more made or could this possibly still be part of that 50(ish)-unit run?

    2. Do all y'all that had this beautiful geet a) still have it, and b) still love it?

Looking forward to spending more time on here again and thanks for reading!

Thanks, Audept! Your posts especially really got me excited about this guitar - am really pleased to hear you still love it! It feels great and is such a beauty - can't wait to play around with it and get a sense of what it can do.

Hi Connie and welcome again. Yes, I still have mine and I like it so much I went out a bought the full size one, the 6118-LTV to go with it. In fact, it would be in the top ten guitars I own. I have a lot of guitars but that sweet little junior is such a delight.

I'm glad you found one. Mine was made in January 2016 so it must have been at the tail end of the production run. Enjoy that beautiful guitar.

    Simply beautiful.

I love my 6120 and 5420 but there is something special about a small body hollowbody electric. I love them.

    Congratulations

My guess is more than 50 were made, there seems to be quite a few transactions of this guitar.
