I was just blessed with this Gretsch Panther last night! I'd been saving for a while for a new guitar, almost a year I think. It's been slow going but I was making progress. Figured in another 2 years or so I'd be ready to buy. Then this guitar popped up at a really good price and a good friend of mine who knew I wanted one of these offered to pay the difference between what I had and the sale price (which is ridiculous!). So here I am posting my 2016 Gretsch Panther. It's a center block double cut (like a 335) but with HS Filtertrons and all the Gretschiness. It plays so well & the neck feels fantastic in hand. It's in incredible shape save for a few bumps from a fall, but most of that is in places you wouldn't notice. Feeling so humbled and blessed by this gift.
