OP ... does yours have a treble bleed? I bought the same guitar about the same time you did. Mine definitely doesn't and it was surprising cuz my last one did, and the add copy said it had the circuit.

I control tone with amp/pedals, everything on the guitar is at 10 . I need to check tonight.

I got the same model guitar for Christmas last year. LOVE playing it. There's nothing ike a Gretsch.
Yours looks great...seems to be a bit "bluer" than mine, or maybe its the bright sunshine.

Midnight Sapphire is one outstanding color. That entire 54XX Series is so hard to believe in that level of high quality for that price.
