I got a deal and it was local.

    It’s got 11’s currently.
Original bridge and dice were removed but included in the sale.
I’d like to polish up the hardware
    My first second-hand guitar.
    Yes, I’m stoked.

Congrats, great guitar you have there, I personally prefer them with out the dice knobs as I took mine off but each to their own.

Super nice, and a serpentune bridge already on. Only thing id do if it were mine is take the rubber off the bigsby.
Theres a thread about neck profiles going on at the moment. How would you describe the neck on this?

I played for a few minutes last night, and the neck feels fine. I don’t think it’s the 9.5” to 12” radius neck. I’m still a beginner so my opinion doesn’t carry much weight.

This guitar sat mostly unplayed for the past couple years. The strings smell quite metallic. The seller threw in three sets of D’addario 11’s. The G is round wound. He mentioned that the Tru-arc bridge is specifically intonated for those size and type of strings (?).

I may try Ernie Ball 10’s.

I’m debating on a setup (probably should).
There’s a little bit of switch noise going from the middle position to the bridge.
The top one, is that what they call the mud switch? This guitar has two knobs on the bottom, unlike my g6659 which has the “no-load tone pot”.

    Anyways…

My early-on plan was to have a Gretsch trifecta.

    Hollow
    Semi-Hollow
    Chambered

2/3 of the way there and no rush for the final installment (who am I kidding?);)

I have a couple of Fender’s that may see less playing time and will decide if they stay or go.

Congrats on that beauty. I like the flame quite well. I wouldn't change a thing other than new strings. Enjoy your great new G6120T.
