Fantastic! One out, one in. A good week Rob.
I got my RHH from Rocky. Great packing job and really well set up straight out of the box. Looking forward to seeing it when it arrives.
Congratulations, you'r having a good start to the year with NGD's, fantastic guitar you have coming in and will match your new round up really well.
My first Gretsch is the 6120 player’s edition
I think you will enjoy it immensely
I’ll be plugging mine in shortly
I had also purchased the Duo Jet PE
But sent it back as I did not care for the tension bar Bigsby
I ended up with the 6128 vs 59 from Rocky
Both great instruments
Have fun with it
. Yeah, I don’t get along with those tension bar bigsbys
Sweet, pictures requested.
Yes, very nice! I recently acquired a 6620 center block. Plays like butter. Very well built guitar. Best with your new baby!
These Players Edition Models are REALLY GOOD!!!!!
Ooh. That’s spectacularly lovely.
I have the 6120 PE as well. It is a fantastic guitar. Quickly bonded with it and it is 'my guitar.
Why don't they put those plates on by default, it's prob not that big of a cost as I added it to mine as first mod.
Hi @michelb , I see you're fairly new here on the forum ( please do not take that in a bad way ) That has been my biggest complaint for years as most of the members will tell you . ( they even polk fun at me for it too .... and i love it ) I honestly feel that every guitar should come with a jack plate ( except like an SG , or any top plug guitar , that would look silly ) and also a case . What would it really take for the guitar companies to do this ? It's my biggest pet-peeve with guitars
