Just got my first Gretsch today, and I’m thrilled!
G5422t in orange stain. Basic model but I’m loving it so far. E2CB65F8-3DD0-49F0-BE1E-19607EE87BBD.jpeg

A basic Gretsch makes for a fancy guitar.

Welcome to G-T Jnbjordan. Lovely looking 5422! A wonderful start on the path to more :D Yes, they do tend to multiply somehow.

As Radd mentioned, lots of very knowledgeable folks here willing to share if you have questions.

    Congrats and welcome.
All phenomenal guitars started of as basic model, immortalized by how they were played!
Have a great time with your geet!

Welcome. I remember when I got my first Gretsch electric and I have never turned back. The 5000 series of guitars are about the best value on the market for a quality Korean made hollow or semi hollow body. Nothing else sounds quite the same.

You might think it’s basic, but it’s a beautiful guitar! No more basic than any other production guitar. Rock out and have some fun!

    Howdy! Welcome to the asylum!
Nice start to your Gretsch addiction!
A basic Gretsch outshines many others' top of the line guitars.
