    New Band Saw Table Day

    For Christmas my two grown daughters bought me a metal band saw. I don’t have room in my shop for a full standing metal band saw, or can I even afford one. I don’t work in metals often but when I do a hack saw kills me and my jig saw with a metal blade is worthless in getting a straight cut.

    Solution I got a Swag table for the new saw. It is made for the off-road world to be used with the battery versions of hand held band saws.

    What a clever and well made item.

    It fits in my tiny show very well.

    @radd , congrats on the saw and for having such great daughters . Nothing like having the " right tool for the right job " ... but no shop is complete until you have a " combination hack saw chain saw " . Their very rare but there out there :p

    I ... some of the times I got a new tool I had used somewhere and missed at home, it almost felt like having gained a new ability, a new power.

    So far, I always wanted a bucket of steam, but whenever I had it filled, someone stole it ... yet to find out who ... totally out of any clue on this...
