    Actually the birth name of Chad from Chad & Jeremy was David. David & Jeremy just doesn't have the same cachet I guess.

    Reading all these first names it is surprising how few names there are. Most of the names repeat and have been around for hundreds and thousands of years.

    Yep - David "Pick" Withers.

    Of the remaining 21, 24, 27 are the most difficult. Given the recent death of one of the members with an atypical spelling, #29 should be easy.
