Is this a sig or a limited edition or GotM or something?
Thanks in advance.
Here is the Epiphone LP standard I just sold
Here's the pretty cool Epiphone JJN I bought a few months ago
I can't find the photos right now but I used to have a Gibson LP Traditional 2014 in manhattan midnight which I really regret letting go. And I had a Gibson "copper top" LP studio which was pretty cool as well. Shouldn't have got rid of that either, especially with how guitar prices have gone since then!
Good catch glad you noticed. Nope just an 08 Studio that I spiffed up a bit. Knobs, 5 ply guard, Grover tuners, ebony keys.
love the wine red
I never realized Henderson Nevada had a deep water port..
Nope that's not Lake Meade for sure. I was living and working in Vegas when we decided to retire and head for the beach. Beach life has its pros and cons one of the cons being that if you've got arthritis that pretty much cancels out all of the pros so after about six years there we sold that place and we're back in Sin City now.
Here are some of mine.
Back row is a CR-4 reissue (wrap around, Cloud 9) one of a kind Black top/Red back. 1980 Standard, 1971 Custom that has a headstock repair, replaced bridge and Thro-Baks and next to that my all original 1958 Standard.
The one in the front is a Godsmack model I got for free and refinished and added black body binding to, which is a hell of a lot easier than the internet tells you it is.
Here is my 1955 Les Paul Special that I found in a pawn shop for $325 a couple years ago:
Back in the late 1980s/early 1990s I used to collect Les Paul Jr and Special models.
These days so many guitars that used to be cool are just in style with all the clowns that would laugh at me for playing them back then, but I never paid more than $400 for one.
Here are my TV models. I have a bunch in cherry as well:
This is my 1960, which was my first Burst.
Fantastic collection. I’m a TV yellow fan, love yours.
And, that burst is stunning
Nice LP collection of Lesters, Amp360. Those oldie Juniors and Specials are wonderful players. I'm sure the burst is too but I'd be scared to take it out of the house these days.
So I’m snooping around EBay and come across a seller (from China) that does some real nice LP copies (called Custom Shop). The pics are gorgeous. Never shows the front of the headstock. A couple of pics have a little bit of the back of the headstock showing. I zoom in and see “Made in USA”......
Yep, there is a difference between a copy and a forgery.
Then there’s this. One fore sure is NOT Gibson, the other?
Here is one of them
I have one Gibson Special tribute DC - 2019:
The rest are Epiphones:
2008 Custom Pro - 2019
ES Pro - 1999
