In French, that’s Hagar Dunor, which means Crazed from the North but also sounds like Gare du Nord, one of the main train stations in Paris.
That is "Hagar the Horrible" in English, a popular syndicated cartoon in many newspapers. I've been in Gare du Nord a couple of times, waiting to catch Eurostar.
