Agree. From my recollection the original Anni's had thumb nail fret markers -- like this one during my youth --
It's from a 1970 Partridge Family episode. The boy is actor, Jean-Michel Michenaud.

David Cassidy was filmed with it in some of the first season (1970) episodes, and possibly beyond that. That's all I really know.
