Intro - New here, second Gretsch

Hi all and thanks for the add.
I recently picked up my second Gretsch, she is a 2009 White Penguin and is just beautiful.
This was a long time coming, lots of trading and swapping to achieve this dream/goal and I couldn't be happier.

The other Gretsch is a 1962 Double Anniversary which I bought as a bit of a wreck in 1989 for about the equivalent of $80 US... Had her re worked to be playable, but didn't touch her cosmetically. I'll post some pics when I have time.

I love Cape Town. My mother-in-law hails from Muizenberg. My favorite part of SA is Stellenbosch, visited there a few times and left loaded with wines!

My second Gretsch is this Electromatic. I added a Penguin arm rest to it though, just for more bling, that was rich enough for me. This guy calls it "The White Budgie"
