I have never offered online lessons. Certainly, I am not qualified but now I get an email asking for online lesson for the man's 11-year-old son. He wants prices for different scenarios once a week twice a week 30 min an hour etc. All in broken English. Reads like a Mediterranean person writing but then asks for my address and such. If a person wants online lessons why would they need an address? I deleted it with no reply. It almost sounded legit until they started asking for more personal information and sadly there are people who would fall for it!

Makes you wonder how they got your info in the first place. Give him some totally outrageous price, and demand that they come to your bogus address for the lessons.

I went and checked which email it was sent to. undisclosed-recipients. This means an address book or contact list was hacked from somewhere.

Since it was guitar-related probably hacked from a music store that wanted your email for their mail list (sales, new gear and such). GC bankruptcy related to this maybe??

I'm still waiting for my $14 million check from Ben Bernanke in 2008. I gave him my bank account info and Social Security number!

I'm still waiting for my coronation as King of Nigeria, since my "uncle" passed away and left me his sole heir...;)
