  1. Hya Everyone . I am currently in the process of building what to me would be a holy grail Item. A 74 White Falcon Stereo. I have sourced pretty much everything needed so far including Black top filtertrons, switches pots resistors and a Chet Atkins tremelo tailpiece.
I Have come here in the hope someone may be ale to help me sourse a few items still needed.
Full set of Gold Grover Square (ish) button tensioners.
white black and gold hip pad. ( I already have a black and gold one) .
and the illusive wiring diagram. ( Ive seen the drawn one but its not to me finite).

from what I gather the guitar has been called a stereo but splits the tones to run two amps one being bass and the other treble.
Help me Obi Wan Kenobi your my only hope...

Welcome Jennie from a Canadian. I'm no Obi Wan Kenobi but there are others on here who are and I'm sure will be along shortly to help you out. Good luck with your project.

    Howdy! Welcome to the madhouse!
We certainly need more ladies here.

I don't have the schematics or an inkling on where to find the tuners you seek. Good luck in your search. I do heartily agree about the "stereo" moniker. It's at best biamped, or hi-fi. Tru stereo would send each pickup to it's own amp, not split the pickups into high and low. Considering when the so-called stereo guitars first came out, stereo recording was new on the market, and they were attempting to ride the wave.

May the Force be with you.

    Welcome to Gretsch-Talk, Jennie Robertson!

Unfortunately, I can't help much either, because I'm not much of a repair/modding guy. I'm sure others who can help you will be along, though, it appears they might be sleeping late this morning. :)

Do you by chance have the Project-O-Sonic outboard stereo junction box and a 3-conductor cable?
