I’d agree.I haven’t received one, probably because my email address has changed since I joined, and I haven’t updated. This problem looks like a data hack.![]()

I just had one show up in a secondary email address that I’ve never used on GT, so this isn’t GT specific.I’ve reported this directly to the owner of the forum. When I have more info, I’ll post it.
That’s good to know. It looks like a major spam effort, of some sort, or perhaps a phishing attempt.I just had one show up in a secondary email address that I’ve never used on GT, so this isn’t GT specific.
Same here. Changed my email address 6 months ago and I haven't got any GT emails. As an aside, I had no idea it would be such a hassle to inform all my previous contacts. There always are some cropping up that I forgot about. Unfortunately that didn't occur with the CRA....ie Canadian tax man.I haven’t received one, probably because my email address has changed since I joined, and I haven’t updated. That’s a real shame. I have no idea of what happened, and haven’t heard anything from the owners. Apparently, it was widespread, whatever the source. If there is an actual product tied to it, I would be glad to inform the manufacturers that they have lost my business, permanently.Well, since this first GT email now I am mindsets with spam. I might have to get a new email address. I am holding out and deleting and sending everything to junk and deleting them. I hope it decreases as they are deleted and left unopened.
Sometimes people are paid by referral, as in direct someone to a web site and get a referral fee. If that’s the case, the seller migh have no idea that they are being advertised with spam.Companies hire this out sometimes. I think it is possible they ent even know about it.
