    Good point.

    A lot of people think that The Wind Cries Mary was a Twin, and I wouldn’t claim to know, to a certainty, but I have heard a Marshall create that exact sound. Fender amps can be fairly jangly and I’ve heard Vox amps that sounded pretty heavy; I would guess that it has something to do with how you twist all of those cool knobs. :)

    I love my AC30 and while secondary amps may come and go, my AC30 will always be my main amp. And yes, Gretsch and Vox just pair so beauti my ears.

    Gretsch + Vox, yes they go good together.

    My little AC10C1VS with or without the 1-12" extension cab, does justice to my little herd.

    I would love one of the HW's, but this set up does a nice job.
