Blimey! That IS a happy christmas
That is GORGEOUS!
Welcome to club Falcon!
Best guitars ever made!!
WAY TO GO BROTHER!
@Glaw I’m sorry, but you are averaging about two posts a year, with that stunning Gretsch you are going to have to step it up...
Oh ya, congrats on having a great gretsch Christmas.
Wow, that’s what I call a Gretschmas!
Great Christmas and a half !
What’s funny is I come on here when I’m thinking of buying a guitar or to just read about the different gretschs but the threads are always years old so I don’t reply. I do have a few guitars (maybe too many) so maybe I’ll use this thread to display and talk about them and you can tell me what you think. I’m still in the bonding stage with this falcon so I’ll keep everybody updated.
We love seeing someone’s guitars and pictures to go with them. It is fun to see what people like and what guitars they keep.
That's what dreams are made of. Congrats.
What a gift! Gorgeous guitar!
What year is this one?
That finish has a great patina.
2006 6136t ltv. It’s called aged white (cream). It’s like it’s never been touched, no nothing on it.
You may be the winner of best Xmas guitar this year!
Congratulations on that and Merry Xmas if it's not too late!
Now that's a GREAT Christmas alright! Congrats and enjoy that beauty!
Thanks everybody. This is my third pro level gretsch. I’ve read posts of people trying to decide which gretsch to get and somebody always posts “get both of them” so I have eventually taken that advise. I bought all of them used on Craigslist and everyone of them is in perfect shape without even the slightest dent or scratch, one even still had the plastic on the pick guard even though it was eight years old when I bought it. I guess people really take care of these great sounding/looking guitars. There’s still a Panther out there that will be mine someday.
Stunning geet Glaw,congrats sir!
I missed out on one of these about this time last year, the guy on the Bay wouldn't even answer my questions, his loss.
Santa must REALLY like you.
