While it may be sometime before we all can see or play live music regularly, people can share their music here for a virtual G-T COVID concert.

Please post your stuff for us all to appreciate. Thank you.

Oh, it's an old recording now ... But one of the very few where I can be seen playing ... Chorusing at the end of the tune :D... And with a Strat, not a Gretsch ! A shame !

Or on this one - COVID19 recording : each one at home, playing at the click - where I barely play my LH-ized FS-52 Lap Steel... ;)

While I don't have any real video of me playing and i've never done any recordings, other than with the Michigan Marching Band. I have a bunch of screwing around tests on my phone with GarageBand.
Here's my first recent test playing with it on my newest guitar, the G5232T, with the TVJ Brian Setzer Sig Bridge FT.

My new band has been playing live on Facebook for a few months and we recently started playing outside in the historic treme district in New Orleans. If you are on Facebook we play every Thursday at 6:00 live of Facebook . Look up The Wolfe John’s blues band and if you are local pm me a d you can come out, bring a chair and something to drink and watch us live in person.
Here is a recording from the Wolfe John’s blues band

I recorded a bunch of one-man-band vids for my youtube channel in the spring time of myself playing guitar, bass drum/hi hat, and singing.
I posted quite a few of them here on GT after I made them, but for the sake of this thread I’ll share a few again.

    a few cover songs:

    a few originals

I wish Dan, the singer had put some vocals on this one but he did do some good dancing for the video. I’m using the 6118 on this but there’s so much post production it could have been played on pretty much anything.

This thread should have produced more fun.

I would have thought it a great opportunity to showcase some less than formal stuff and get to know each other better.
Perhaps it's in the wrong forum? ;)

While leafing through songs I've written I came across this one.
I often write for others with a purpose or cause in mind. These are not intended as commercial items but rather meant to outline the idea of the song, the words
and potential arrangement. There is no focus on guitar tone and I play everything on the tracks.

I honestly can't remember why I wrote this one but it brought a smile to me on revisiting so hope someone here might find it enjoyable in these "troubled times". :)
