My guess, too, for the same reason.
Glad you, the family, and pets are all safe!
Aaaargh. How awful for you and mrsRadd.
Glad you are safely out of there....with the 6228 of course.
I store some special negatives in my safety deposit box at the bank. I've got some old photos of relatives from before WWI in Czarist Russia, and others of my family from the days before WWII. No way to replace those, so they'd be in a to go box. Biggest worry around here would be tornadoes.
Wish you all the best and hope you will soon safely return to intact home.
Praying for a happy end.
Glad to hear you're all out and safe.
For me it would be wife, papers, passports and gone.
If worst comes to worst, and everything is gone when you get back, who wouldn't like a new house, and a maxi shopping trip.
And we soldier on.
Glad to hear you’re all safe.
I voted for the 5420 because I know you have a family connection to that one.
Finding an apartment in SF at any time is fortunate! Good on your sister.
Glad to hear yous are all safe sir.
Oh,i voted for the Ovation .
Glad to hear you're all safe.
Good to hear you and your family found somewhere to stay so quickly, was just reading about it all and I wish the best to the firefighters dealing with everything, those guys are true heros.
It's good to hear you're all safe.
I would not have voted for the Tele, but then I saw it has a CC pickup in the neck, so...yeah, that's the one.
It's good you're Ok Mate.
I thought you would have taken the Ovation though.
Just when ya get old and start to turn a bit cynical about people you end up in a disaster and so many people are offering help. Taking in stuff, taking in people. Makes you feel a little better about your fellow man.
We have some amazing offers of help from some folks who just became family through my youngest daughters wedding 6 months ago.
My oldest daughter the physician who we live with and evacuated with is dealing with her patients who are evacuated and need emergency prescriptions filled, she was just crying on the phone talking to one of her very old patients who lost her house and everything in it.
I don’t have it so bad.
Glad you guys are safe radd, people are much more important than guitars, even Gretsches
On the local news they just talked about Cali and that there are two dozen "major" fires?? Wow that's horrible!
Up in the mountains here we had a thunderstorm a few nights ago that started some fires and they had that same problem in Arizona also. We need the rain but not the lightning, geez.
Glad to hear that you and the family got out!
Today we’re over 40 active wildfires!
Love that tele. I have been gassing for an Arctic white one but the cost is prohibitive at this time. I sure hope your place is ok! Glad you all made it out safely.
Like others have said, glad you and yours are safe. I voted for the 5420 as well. My reasoning was that you wouldn't have an amp, but then I forgot about the Ovation. In any case, good luck getting back to normal.
Glad you and yours are safe. I have old friends who live off of Empire Grade, near the fire station. They have evacuated as well, and are safe. They have no idea when they'll know whether their house was saved but found a picture on a news or official fire dept website of a firefighter battling the blaze on their property, with their (intact) house in the background. Scary stuff!
