Mine started life as a actual MIM Fender Telecaster. A blond black face with a reversed control plate...

If I were to sell it, and that will never happen, it would be classified as a partscaster now.

stripped and painted nitro surf green
    Lollar Charlie Christian neck pickup
    Treble bleed
    Glendale compensated brass saddles
    Callaham single ply pickguard
Fender roasted Maple 12” radius neck
    Fender locking tuner
    New control knobs
    Electro socket & Switchcraft jack

Yes, I spent two times more on the guitar than what I paid for it

Pic I have posted many times

    ''5''

    Just a few...

There are seven different Tele's, the deer suede relic (two slight variations) and the 62 Deluxe are repeated. there are two Andy Summers Tele relics, the one with the ATA case is heavy relic'd.

All have correct shaped headstocks, and correct ''Fender vintage Spaghetti Logo decals'', I have a supplier for those and keep a few on hand.

The black ''rat rod'' has Fender Custom Shop Tex-Mex pickups. All were built 14/15 years ago.

My favorite is the early Esquire with the maple neck.

I don't own a ''Fender Tele'', all mine are ''home brew"

    Best,

    BIB.

My partscaster. It is now about 10 years old but plays still like new. Has all fender parts including 1964 vintage pups and Grover mini locking turners.

My first (and so far only) attempt at doing this. Pretty pleased with the results, though not perfect, and learned along the way that electronics aren't my strong suit.

GFS XGP Swamp Ash body (heavy as a boat anchor) built out to a little over 10 lbs.
    GFS XGP neck.
GFS Metal foil in the bridge and GFS Fatbody oversized pole in the neck.
    Gotoh tuners
    B5 Bigsby
    Vibramate dual access saddles

HA! Thanks!! Obviously @calebaaron666 and I do too since we never miss an opportunity to show them off here. We both finished ours at about the same time. The difference was Caleb didn't have to rewire his 3 or 4 times to get it right. While the look and attitudes were polar opposites of each other, we both thought each others were great concepts and gave each other props for the builds.
