Dude this is tempting but I'd need a deep discount to cover repairing the missing B-16 frame parts

These are awesome--I'm a Bigsby disciple for sure, but I'm looking far and wide for a regular B-16 right now. I like to chop 'em this waymy man, thats kind of the point w a chopped B-16 (i chop all mine too), it lets you put a bigsby on a tele w a floating bridge and neck shim like an archtop. chopping a B-5 works nicely too so
you get that lovely B-6 floatee feel.

It doesn't just work for a Tele---and the cut part allowed for the hinge to be enlarged so I didn't need to add any new holes to the guitar. No need for shims and neck resets either, the ramp provides the break angle.it lets you put a bigsby on a tele w a floating bridge and neck shim like an archtop.
Is the Sorkin bridge compensated for a wound, or plain, G? Thanks!
Yes. My brother handled the process locally for me where he lives but my understanding was he took the cut off piece and the welder melted it down and the hinge you see was the outcome. That's welded?
