Do you hear what I hear... guitar guitar shinning in the night ...
As others have mentioned there is quite a few black gretschs to chose from, i like the black 6120s and own a black penguin.
To be 100% honest though, as much as i like the look of anything black, part of me hates owning it as im just to ocd with keeping marks/dust/fingerprints and all that off black things, doesn't stop me i just have to be in the mood to use black things as i know i have to clean them straight after.
Here’s my black Gretsch. It’s a 2004 6120 DC in black. It was originally owned by a Fender employee and I was told that there were few, if any others made in the modern era. It’s a Dyna Gakki instrument and only weighs about 7 pounds. It’s a very sweet sounding Gretsch, with a slightly stronger midrange than single cutaway 6120s. It’s one of the nicest playing guitars I have ever had in my hands.

There’s always the black Setzer Nashville...
The older black Setzer Hot Rod. Or even the Steve Wariner
Or a black Rat Rod for something more affordable.
I really wished I’d bought a black g2420 when they came out.
You'll need one of these.
G6120T-SW in Magic Black
Black Gretsch are hot.
I would go with a Black Panther if I have the money, but there’s also a mid 60s model called Blackhawk (if my memory serves me well) with the same features as my Rally but on black and white finish. Very classy!
There's been a black hot rod as well as I remember and the Brian Setzer sigature Nashville also has a black finish.
.......not to forget the humble Black Panther
2012 Country Gent...
I don’t need another Falcon, but if I were to get one, I’d want the same model as yours.
I have the white version, and it’s the best guitar in the world.
I have 4 Electromatics in black. The G5422G-12 12-string, a G5230T and 2 G5435's jets.
Yep. I'm lusting after a black 6120.
Tic, Tac, & Twang
G5129 and Limited Edition G5420,
The Silver Falcon is actually my second, I sold the first in a fit of madness over ten years ago, took almost that long to find another that wasn’t at an over inflated price. Both are players, both get well used.
