They make some beautiful, relatively inexpensive guitars:

Wow... they sound great.. probably for the likes of me though, rather than a gigging musician. There is a lovely purple one on their website.... you know how I love purple! You might just have caused another hole to appear in my bank account Zacky!

Maybe it will be just a little hole in your bank account? I hope that you are feeling well.

The reviewer above, did a little backpedal here:

All good and back to normal thanks (my interpretation of normal anyway!). Lots of reviews on YouTube about these. Majority very positive with a few comments on the finish and the communications with the company... but they all like the guitars to play. And they aren't expensive at All!

Sharp looking guitars. And I like when a review is not by a guy that's selling the product. So they're not the same as Bad Cat amp people?

It's misleading me a bit. Bad Cat amps and Bad Cat guitars aren't the same people.

The guitars seem like your typical clone fare from China but with a name and a label without the deception. Sounds like they even have decent customer service! Interesting.

those are pretty cool. Nice to have another alternative to Gibson for a Les Paul. Tokai and Orville are still making good ones too.

I'm super interested in one of their 335 styles. But I'm just so hesitant to buy a guitar that has no resale value without playing it first. It's one thing to buy a vintage guitar without playing it because you know that if you don't bond with it you can just flip it and get all your money back with little issue. It's another to buy a Chinese guitar that you'd have to take a 60% loss to sell it.

Nope; this company operates in North China. Bad Cat amplifiers, if I am not mistaken, is an American-based company that is located in California.

Hmm..not sure about that. The Chinese make excellent guitars.

I had a mint Tokai (Japan) that I broke even on. I don't see why, with the craftsmanship and build quality of a lot of Chinese manufacturers like this one, why you could not get most, if not all (if you take good care it), of your money back?

I just can't imagine these guitars truly being any good. You get what you pay for.

I kind of liked the acrylic Dan Armstrong copy. It's a small fortune to ship it to USA. Then, what if I hate it? I'd have to ship it back on my dime.

I'm inclined to agree. Every time I have bought a budget priced guitar, I've ended up setting them free. They look nice though.

I thought the same thing. They're just too cheap to be considered quality.
