I have always wanted to be able to play one, and have recently signed up for classes! In the mean time, here is a video of my favourite musician, Michael Monroe (Hanoi Rocks and others) going over his harmonica collection:

Somewhere in my old album collection I have one of Stevies albums, I think with his name spelled backwards on the cover. All 12 songs are of him playing only the harmonica without any singing. Really nice!

With a little encouragement from @thunder58 , I decided to get a Hohner Bluesbreaker set - A, Bb, C, D, E, F, and G. They're not the best quality, but they're pretty good for getting me started, and I'm learning more all the time. I can't yet say whether I'll become good, but I think I'll at least be good enough to have some fun.

I have a couple Hohner Special 20's - Keys of A and C. Like thunder 58, I have a long drive to work and back, and works out well! Put in your favorite blues CD and have fun!
