A question for the professionals... do you play Gretsch exclusively?

Gretsch is a foundation instrument of my stage sound but there is always a Fender and a Gibson/Ric/Epi/etc on stage as well.

Of my 95 guitars, 19 are Gretsch.

Was semi Pro (And i use that term very loosely) for several years and all i played was my mid 60's 6120 and a Rickenbacker 360/12V64.

I did do one ,maybe two gigs with a Strat Plus Deluxe and a 1969/70 Les Paul Deluxe gold top.And did one with my Super Chet.
The first year i started gigging i used an Epiphone Sheraton.

But almost all gigs were preformed on that aul 6120 once i obtained it.

Out of all my geets Gretsch guitars out number everything else. 13 at the last count,i must get another ,not keen on that number....or maybe i should sell one....:D:rolleyes:

Not a professional, only amateur playing in a band. I use my Gretsch guitars (I have 6) like my other guitars. But... o_O

Yes, I can use another one than a Gretsch, but I will never-never-never-never-never-never-never-never-be... So... o_O

No, but when I need that sound, it’s there.

That said, I can’t remember the last time I took anything BUT a Gretsch to an electric guitar gig lately
