    First of all: This is a really good price.
    They usually go for more than USD 1500,- nowadays and I slapped me several times for passing on a blow-out-sale back in time. They were offered at USD 850 brand new.
    The fact that there obviously was no export-model of these suitable for 230 volts kept me away from it.
    As I understand it they were very nice handbuilt boutique amps that were squarely located in Fender blackface territory.
    Great sounding amps. The tremolo was not liked by everybody but the stylish exterior weights this up.

    I'm glad I didn't see it while it was for sale. I may have donated some body parts to try and acquire it. Black Face. I had no idea but it does sound nice!

    Yes, I did know that but they don't make them anymore. I was very curious though as to the guts. I didn't know they were even a thing until I saw the Penguin VS clip. That tone was really good.

    Yes, it is a great amp. I picked one up several years ago and wouldn't sell it for that price..
