Gretsch and a Marshall, great combo, worked for Malcolm Young.

I used to play my Gretsch guitars through an original 1965 JTM45.
Absolutely great combo.
Especially the Hilotrons on my vintage Corvettes sounded incredibly nice for rhythm.
Missing that amp bitterly.
