I have had zero issues with mine. I did have my luthier set things up for me and have never had a string jump off the rollers. Richard put this one on for a reason and the guitar sounds fantastic.

Just picked me up a G3700 Sierra Jumbo Historic Series Acoustic-Electric in Sunburst. This will go well with my White Rancher Falcon Jumbo 12 string. These things sound so amazing!

This is great information. I just feel like TVJones make a better-sounding pickup than the blacktop FilterTrons in my G5420TG. I would love to get my hands on the new 4Tus Gretsch pickups that he had specifically made for his two signature guitars.

I first considered the Classics and Classic Plus, perhaps that is better choice.

Best Pickups for Hard Rock on a G5420TG? I am considering the TVJ PowerTrons Not unhappy with the stock pickups but want a little dirtier sound at full volume. I use the volume to clean the sound and dirty it.
