1937 archtop. recent purchase. replaced tuners. prof. set up, but action way too high. Tech says nothing can be done. Is that so ? Can't I try a lower bridge ?
I have a 1937 (I believe) archtop. Now that the guitar is setup, the action is way too high. The tech said nothing can be done. Can I sand down the bridge? Or replace it with a lower one ?
