Followup (so far): As recommended by the Guitar Center tech, gently tightened up the individual saddles -- but the intonation is now off, with fret buzzing, especially along string 'G'. The block inlay is only for the 2016 model, or at least, Guitar Center's sale was for the 2016 model (with the 2019 still priced separately at $599). Here's a pic of the 2019 2420T:
