      Continues from previous post:
      I have played professionally for many years and own over 200 guitars. I find the instrument to be beautiful as is with no need to make it sound like a cheese grater by throwing it through a pedal.My son who is a pro musician now also does not use any pedals and he plays electric and acoustic using the same techniques I taught him as a kid.

      I have never used a pedal other than an old fuzz box I bought in the 60's once in a while. My tone comes from my guitar, and my amp. Working with the tone on the guitar and Bass, Middle, Treble, Reverb, and Tremolo on my amp I can get any tone I want and it sounds more authentic and better than pedals can ever hope to be.
