First I must tell you I've really been enjoying your stuff on Fifth fret. Secondly, I finally got to order and play those Curt Magnan strings that you recommended.I don't call them strings, I call them "sings". I put them on my Strat and wow what a difference. I knew when I saw the color of the metal that they were fine. Thanks for the info.

Don't know how "visitor messages" work. Anyway, the reference to Boogie where we ran into eachother earlier was because I was suggesting a link to this Jaxed.com search which does an excellent job of scraping craigslist and ebay posts nationwide and getting a nice long wish list full of gretsch results. You can look for anything with it but, for now, I like the search linked above. Enjoy. Brian
