Most likely a 66 Super Beatle
A French STIMER or GAREN from the 50's...
My vote, too.
This or finally a Boogie? They just came out with the Fillmore 25, 35 lbs.
Edge Tweed Deluxe?
Haven’t seen those......but they look cool.
Which lottery did you win, Tony?
If I keep saying the Vox AC30S1, I just could be right eventually.
It could also be a Marshall Super Lead, or a Fender Showman, or a ZT Lunchbox, or something to amplify his headphones. I think it's a Matchless.
PS: I saw a AC30S1 this week. Didn't even plug it in because there is no way I'm hauling that heavy slug up a staircase. The Simster is younger than me though, although not as cute.
Nocturne Blondshell........gotta be!
Tony65x55: Ha, I went amp shopping last week in sunny Brighton. That 1x12 AC30 is a hell of a heavy lump, although I'm sure it's a great sounding lump. Didn't like anything (except the lack of weight) of the Boss Katana or the Orange 35 (not much happening on the clean channel). I surprised myself by coming home with a PRS Sonzera 1x12 -- not too heavy, pretty loud with a great clean channel and a decent reverb. The two 6L6 power tubes don't have to work to hard to give plenty of clean headroom. I'm no big fan of PRS guitars but I like my new amp.
I've never played a PRS amp but I can't imagine anything made by them lacking in quality. I'm not a huge fan of their guitars but can certainly commend them on a quality build. Let us know how you like it!
Batman had The Joker, The Penguin, The Riddler etc..... As far as I know they never had "The Teaser". Finally the perfect candidate to portray this missing character has been revealed: Tony Sims !
My vote is for a NOS Fender 400 PS found in the ruins of a music store that mysteriously sunk into the ground minutes after that amp was delivered on a lowboy trailer. Now it’s just matter of waiting for the oversized load permits and for the electric utility to build a dedicated substation for Tony’s house.
