Towner spacer block

    Had the need for a 1/2" spacer for a B3, gotta say the Towner is a nice piece. Comes with four bolts to attach the hinge to it and an extra long screw for the strap button to hold it all on.

    I did not even know that there is something like a special spacerblock for Bigsbys in existence.

    Towner is class stuff, i'm considering his tension bar and a B6 for my Sheraton instead of a B7. I dont really hate B7's like many here, i just don't dig the thought of those studs or the custom made plaque on that guitar.

    Mainly the spring cup occupying the same space as the bridge.

    I like the dark binding. Is the finish going to stay natural or get stain/color added?

    The plan is a few coats tinted with vintage amber and then clear on top of that.

    I'll do a full build thread when it gets closer to completion so it doesn't disappear before it's done.
