Wow, that was eye opening. Never heard of Peewee, but man! And on the Buddy Guy song, interesting that they call it Slop Around when he is clearly singing Slap Around. Or are my ears failing me? Maybe just an early effort at being more PC?

All those songs back then were eluding to something.. At least there was a point. Now days its sweet tea on my pickup truck, chicken fry on saturday night and sh$tty gnashvegas format song grinding for a one hit wonder on yoga radio fm. :)

C'mon Tavo, you know there was a load of crap music in the 50s and 60s as well. Weve just had the benefit of several decades to pretend it didn't happen.

Thinkin out loud as my box supplier coats and prints the final artwork this week on the prototype.
One of the obstacles is that this is an octal tube style preamp w a reverburation circuit. Its not a reverb w a boost. :) the later serves the first so to speak. There are plenty stand alone reverbs, the world doesnt need one more reverb pedal but it does need this sound or at least the ability to make your gretsch sound close to this recording, dimension included.

I remember getting a b$tsch slapping from a friend on my dem vid when I came out w The Fez drive, telling me "stop telling us what the pedal ISNT, and tell us what it is!" Maybe its personality, as I dont want to steer anyone in the wrong direction especially if I've created something I want to share. Too many builders attempt to tell you that you will suddenly gain talent and friends if you use their product, or your luck will blossom and you will be signed to a major label w the rain man, etc. :) You guys know me, steer me in the right direct based on what I shared above. One guy read my initial poetic sillyness and said this sounds like a "haunted fish tank" :) I like that but like my silly prose about the legend of El Pescadoro, its not conveying too much about function haha.

Lol, or a 15W output transformer trying to push 20W... awesome tone regardless.

Now my ears perked. Will the E.P. go as deep as on the Buddy Guy track?

    Two more questions,

    1) Are there any changes to the Jr Barnyard side of this box that would give it a different flavor unobtainable from the original Jr Barnyard?

    2) Will you be creating the reverb side of this box standalone at some point?

@TV the Wired Turtle : Should El Pescadero be run into the insert jack on the Mystery Brain, or simply inline before or after MB?
