Uncoolest time in music ever.
Pretty awful music. Karaoke. Canadian music scene dissolved into a sea of unemployment. I got out (by choice) but I'm glad I did. Payscales were falling apart and I could see the writing on the wall.

In my youth I spent my health to make the wealth.
As I age I'm spending the wealth to regain my health.
University, lot of weed,lot of beer,lot of girls, mutang 69 mach 1.

2. Excel at sports
3. Party like it's 1999
I discovered you can only do two of those three things at a time, which I did in various combinations for 13 years.
Had a closet full of plaid shirts...still do.
Nirvana, Pearl Jam, STP, Soundgarden...still love it.
Got my first guitar...Vantage Avenger. Still have it.
1970s - Musicians experimented with drugs.
1990s - Drug addicts experimented with music.
That whole Seattle music scene was depressing to me and was the downfall of Rock & Roll.
That was the time when I realized I could no longer make a living playing rock & roll in clubs.
The bummed out grunge music chased the ladies away. They headed to the dance clubs because they couldn't dance to the so called new rock & roll.
That's when the big clubs closed and the jobs went away.
The 90's was a great time for the goth ~ dark wave underground scene.
The Era that brought us Limp Biskit and all those Heavy Metal Rap bands,,,Can we get a Do-Over?
Got married and my daughter was born. Stopped playing guitar for most of it. Business was good, made money. Bought my first houses in the 90’s. Not so happy about most of the music I heard but liked some of it. Frank Zappa died
Spent most of the 90's on the subcontinent - bought a sitar. Still trying to keep it in tune.
