Wich should I choose outta the three??
Tru Arc or Compton.

Synchro is a touch of chic
If that's your guitar, you already have a Synchrosonic so why not just play it like that and see how you like it.
As evidenced by the previous posters, Synchrosonics and Space Controls are not big favorites. I have a Space Control on my Falcon, had a Synchrosonic on one of my Jets and Space Controls on two others. I swapped out the Jet's bridges for bars. There was nothing really wrong with the bridges though I did find the Synchrosonic 'clunky' feeling.
I had a Gotoh adjustomatic on another of my Jets for a long while. Nothing wrong with that either (though I switched that for a bar too).
Synchro looks cool, I can't get past the visual of the string angle on that tailpiece. I'm a freak though, ha!
Very cool guitar Rob!
I’d go brass Compton. Maybe chambered.
Rob, I have a question not entirely bridge related. I’m trying to figure out what’s going on with that tailpiece and bridge. Can you measure the string spacing straight across near the tailpiece and compare it to the string spacing right in front of the bridge?
My guess is maybe that tailpiece has wider spacing than the bridge which may be giving it that weird string angle thing. Although the spacing over the bridge pickup pole pieces looks right. Maybe the original bridge and pickups both had wider spacing. If the tailpiece is the problem, perhaps a cool gold G Cadillac tailpiece or even a Bigsby would work better assuming the spacing is a match. Although I’m sort of taking a guess here.
Unless the pickups themselves are off center. What’s the difference in mm between both E’s to the edge of the fretboard. Maybe that’s throwing everything off if they’re not center on the board too.
Great looking guitar with your other mods though.
Wow, you have a beautiful guitar. I have no idea what you guys are talking about, all that tech stuff lol. You guys have a lot of knowledge.
Just wondering what was the cause?
At least he didn't consider a roller bridge.
Go for a Tru-Arc or aa Compton.
I had one of the first left handed TA 5191s.
I put a brass unchambered Compton on it. I loved it...
Fan of space control...I know that’s not the popular opinion. Tru-arc is awesome as well. I suggest sepentune with that bridge angle you have. Compton has great reviews but I’ve never tried one.
Well done Rob!
