Shame on me, but it has been awhile since I regularly perused this forum. Forgive me if this has been done recently (and I did try and perform a search for a similar recent thread). If there was one, then kindly go easy on me.

In the mean time, I'll start.

    My 1959 6120:

I used to own quite a few vitage Annies, Clippers etc. But I always landed on these.
While this special guitar is not the most mint one by far it is the lightest, most playable and most-mojo oozing Gretsch I ever owned. I really love everything about it . Even the smell.

Was within a gnat's hair of selling her recently. Alas, it is still mine.

And these aren't on most Gretsch fans list... but I like them. Early 1930s Castilian model 135 and a model 125.

    You're on GT?! So cool.

I don't have personal experience but a UK seller on here was selling a vintage 6120DC here a few weeks ago -- had the board ebonized I believe.

Yeah, while marketed as having an ebony fretboard most 6119s have a maple fretboard that was dyed/painted black.

Yep! I have been for a couple years, but I'm not sure why I stopped visiting. Gretsch Talk has always been my go to for anything Gretsch-related. I've lurked for a LONG time.
