    Not my guitar, however
I remember long time ago on this forum someone mentioned a Peerless Tonemaster JH Special. I ALWAYS thought that it looked super fancy and cool. Those three dogear puppies looks killer.
Makes me kinda think of some switchmaster ish guitar.
I found this on youtube and thought Id post it here.
And wanted to know if someone have ever played one or owns one of these? OR ANY other Peerless guitar? Please share if so:) 1557.jpg

I had a Peerless Wizard Custom, it had the 3x P90s but big body thin line. Don't know how to link a vid from this fone but if you look on youtube it comes out at the top.

I miss it, it was very well made, no faults at all, lots of sustain, pickups were nice. Not overly hot, lower output old school type things.
That middle pickup just kept getting in the way of fingers and pick though, bugged me a lot in the end. I'd love a 2-pickup one though..

The Gretsch Historics and early 512X were made by Peerless. Any of them with a "KP" serial number.
As I recall, they switched to the Samick factory for Electromatics because of "inconsistencies".

By all accounts, they were decent instruments for the main.

I believe forum member Uncle Daddy had that model, and had very good things to say about it.

How can you not love an ES-295??

What is it with guitars that have 3 dog P90s that makes them so cool? Its because they have 3 dogeared p90s!!

Wow that one is soo beautiful! And very nice with that natural finish also!

Peerless has a good reputation. They made my 5129. Its workmanship is very nice. One odd thing is that the "fixed" bridge was held down by string pressure. For years I didn't know it. What an odd factory flaw.

yeah that is odd, one would expect it to be "pinned" or something to be called fixed..

Screenshot_2016-07-01-05-36-42-1.png I looked at the Peerless site and pulled up the spec sheet. Solid wood construction! This is strange for an ES type instrument. These arent cheap guitars, almost as much as a proline but i like the looks of them alot.
