    Someone might correct me but it looks like maybe an 6196 Country Club or an old Streamliner 6189 in Bamboo yellow.

    No master volume, so that's what it is, with an added bridge pickup and Bigsby. It originally would have only had the two knobs by the treble f-hole, no switch either.
